Agreement to Terms
By joining the FlowScout waitlist or using FlowScout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign up for or use the Service.
Waitlist and Early Access
No Guarantee of Access: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you will receive access to FlowScout or be selected for the pilot program. We will select participants at our sole discretion.
Pilot Program: Early access users participate in a pilot program to test and provide feedback on FlowScout. The software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. You acknowledge that the Service is provided "as-is" during this phase.
Pricing: Pilot program pricing is subject to change. Special pilot pricing will be honored for active pilot participants who maintain continuous subscription, but we reserve the right to adjust pricing for the public launch.
User Obligations
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information when signing up
- •Use FlowScout only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- •Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- •Not use the Service to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- •Not share your account credentials with others
- •Provide honest feedback during the pilot program
Intellectual Property
FlowScout and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by FlowScout and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your automation workflows and data created using FlowScout. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Privacy and Data
Your use of FlowScout is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Acceptable Use
You may not use FlowScout to:
- ×Automate activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- ×Engage in spam, harassment, or malicious activity
- ×Bypass security measures of websites or applications
- ×Violate terms of service of third-party platforms you automate
- ×Collect or harvest personal information without consent
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AS-IS Service: FlowScout is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
No Liability for Automation Errors: You are responsible for reviewing and testing your automations before running them at scale. We are not liable for any damages resulting from automation errors, data loss, or unintended actions performed by FlowScout.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Third-Party Services
FlowScout may integrate with third-party services and applications. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlowScout at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
You may stop using FlowScout at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of FlowScout after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
